“El futur ja és present” is a campaign developed to communicate several social initiatives that are already being implemented by Barcelona’s City Council.

Our goal for this campaign was to craft a clear and engaging way to communicate several socially beneficial initiatives already being implemented by Barcelona’s City Council. We developed a cohesive strategy to bring these initiatives to the public through impactful visuals and messaging, ensuring a strong presence across OPIs, TV, and radio spots.
Codea’s impeccable witty and humorous approach conceptualized and developed a campaign which confronts two futures: a dystopian and absurd one, and an attainable and socially conscious.
The striking and confronting visual styles narrate these two futures: the dystopian and irresponsible one, with 3D brutalist graphics inspired by video games and retro-futuristic aesthetics; and the benevolent and selfless future with clean and unblemished layouts.
My contribution to this campaign at Codea Studio involved adapting key visuals for OPIs and a TV spot, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presentation across different formats. I also created 3D graphics to add depth and visual interest, enhancing the overall aesthetic and effectiveness of the campaign. Through this process, I focused on refining details, maintaining brand consistency, and optimizing assets for various media platforms.
